Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the permitted and prohibited behaviors when you use the djembara.com platform along with the services, digital products, or SaaS applications we offer.
1. Policy Objective
This AUP is created to protect our server infrastructure, ensure the safety of other users, and maintain optimal service without abuse. Since this platform is managed by an individual developer, any abusive actions will be dealt with strictly (without compromise) to protect the system's integrity.
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities
You agree and promise NOT to use our services for the following activities:
A. Law Violations & Illegal Acts
Using the application to facilitate illegal transactions, online gambling, money laundering, spreading pornography, or content that violates the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (UU ITE).
B. Technical Exploitation & Hacking
Executing security exploits, SQL Injections, DDOS attacks, reverse-engineering the Supabase database architecture, abusing our API (rate-limiting abuse), or attempting unauthorized access to admin accounts.
C. Unauthorized Botting & Web Scraping
Using automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract product data, pricing, or user data from this site on a large scale that could overload the server.
D. Spam & Phishing
Creating fake accounts en masse or using our contact forms and services to send spam messages, phishing links, or malicious software (Malware/Viruses).
3. Policy Enforcement
If our system or infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase) detect any violation of this AUP from your account, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or permanently delete your account without prior notice.
- Forfeit all balances, access to purchased digital products, or ongoing Service Orders, without any refunds (NO REFUND).
- Report your IP address and digital footprint to the authorities or relevant Internet Service Providers (ISPs) if the actions endanger the public or severely violate cyber laws.
4. Reporting Violations
