1. Digital Products & Licensing

All source code, templates, and digital products sold on this website are the intellectual property of Djembar Arafat. Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard License which permits you to:

  • Use the source code to build one (1) final end product for yourself or for a single client.
  • Modify the source code as necessary to suit your specific project needs.

Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the raw source code or unmodified template.
  • Offering the product "as-is" on any digital marketplace or repository.
  • Claiming the original, unmodified code as your own proprietary creation.

2. Payments & Delivery

All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. Upon successful completion of your payment, access to the digital product (e.g., download links, GitHub repository access, or zip files) will be granted immediately. If you encounter any technical issues during delivery, please contact us immediately.

3. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital goods and downloadable software, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have accessed or downloaded the source code, the purchase cannot be undone. We highly recommend reading the product descriptions, reviewing live previews (if available), and asking any pre-purchase questions before buying. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where the digital file is demonstrably defective or corrupted, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

4. Support & Maintenance

Our digital products are sold "as-is." While we strive to ensure that all code is fully functional and free of major bugs at the time of purchase, we do not provide unlimited free technical support, installation services, or custom feature development unless specifically stated in the product description.
